Terms

Terms of use

Plain terms for a plain tool. Last changed October 31, 2026.

The service

StopViolence.us is run by WeldonPC. It offers a Risk Check, a private plan builder, printable forms and a list of national help lines. It is education built on OSHA’s published guidance. It is not legal advice, not a compliance review, not a security assessment and not a crisis service. You decide what goes in your plan and you are responsible for it and for following the laws that apply to you.

Your plan and its link

A plan opens only with its private link. Anyone with the link can open and change the plan, so share it only with people who should. We cannot recover a lost link, because we do not keep anything that could open the plan. Plans not opened for two years, with no Pass running, are deleted.

What not to put in a plan

Do not record details of incidents, the names of people involved, health information or anything about a specific person who worries you. Use the paper incident form and your own records for that. Use the plan for roles, places, measures and dates.

Organisation Pass

$1.95 a month or $19.50 a year, for one plan. Checkout is not open yet: during the preview every plan has the Pass features at no charge and nothing is billed. When paying is on, it is through PayPal; you can cancel any time and keep the Pass until the end of the time paid for. People never pay for help: the help page, the Risk Check, the paper forms and a one-location plan stay free.

Fair use

Do not try to open plans that are not yours, overload the site or use it for anything unlawful. We limit how many plans and changes one connection can make in an hour.

No warranty

We work to keep quotes exact and numbers current, but the site is provided as it is. Nothing guarantees that violence will not happen; call 911 in an emergency.

Questions

Questions about these terms, a Pass or how the site works go to WeldonPC, the company that runs StopViolence.us: contact WeldonPC. It is not a crisis line and we cannot read your plan. If someone is in danger, call 911; for someone to talk to, see Get help now.
