Questions

Do I pay anything now?: No. Checkout is not switched on yet, so every plan has every Pass feature free during the preview. There is no pay button on the site and nothing asks for a card.
What happens to a plan when a Pass ends?: Nothing is deleted. Extra locations and controls stay in the plan and in print; you can edit them but not add more beyond the free limits. A free plan shows its newest 5 training sessions and latest review; the rest stay stored and show again with a Pass.
How will paying work?: Through PayPal, when it is switched on: $1.95 a month or $19.50 a year, cancel any time in PayPal, and a cancelled Pass runs to the end of the time already paid for.
Is anything here legal advice or a compliance check?: No. The plan builder follows OSHA’s published guidance. Some states set their own rules for workplace violence plans; check yours, and ask a professional when it matters.
Will people who need help ever be charged?: Never. The help page, the Risk Check, the paper forms and a one-location plan are free for good.
